We're a small, collaborative team that values autonomy, impact, and continuous learning. Every team member works directly on client projects and has real ownership over their work. We're remote-first, communicate openly, and focus on outcomes over hours worked.
We're based in Portugal. While we're a remote-first company and open to talented individuals across Europe, our primary operations and team are located in Portugal.
Our process typically includes: (1) Initial conversation to discuss your background and our needs, (2) Technical/portfolio review relevant to the role, (3) Collaborative problem-solving session, (4) Team fit conversation. The entire process usually takes 2-3 weeks, and we provide feedback at each stage.
We work with modern AI/ML tools: Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain), TypeScript/Next.js for applications, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), federated learning frameworks, and various LLM APIs. The stack varies by project, and we encourage trying new technologies when appropriate.
Yes! While many roles require senior experience due to client-facing work, we hire talented junior developers who show strong potential, learning ability, and genuine passion for AI. We provide mentorship and growth opportunities.
